Leaves' Eyes finally plans to release their live DVD/CD after about a year of making us wait. No word on rescheduled tours yet, as the first was cancled due to the late release of the DVD. Hoping that we might catch them and the Paganfest second round in Portland this year.

The Oregon Trail
2008 is over now, and the new year will bring the biggest change for me and my evermore futile attempt at being a rockstar, with a move out to Oregon, and no promise of access to my drums for a while. Life can be a bummer.
On the upside, this relocation comes after Mei-Day walked out of UH with honors on her degree, a happy surprise for us all indeed! In truth, her brilliance has never been questioned and as we both set our sights to new horizons (literally and figuratively), we are excited at the prospect that an area with so many higher learning institutions and tourist attractions will be an epicenter for music and the arts.
So perhaps Daedalus will be out of commission for a short while, but the idea of unpacking it to new opportunities is great to look forward to. So until we are settled, sometime in Feb 09, I will just have to practice finger-drums and maybe that guitar I bought and put on a stand.
